A couple of days ago, I announced on the bitcointalk forum that I will post some instructions for tuning the Twinfury USB ASIC miner. And here comes the first tuning option. I guess this mod is not for everyone. Because you need to change a resistor on the PCB. I suggest that only people with some soldering skills are doing that.
The tuning is based on the fact that the internal oscillator of the Bitfury chip is running faster with a higher supply voltage. The supply voltage is configured with two resistors. And if one of them is changed the output voltage is changed, too.>>
